Terms of Service
Last updated: September 18, 2026
Welcome to PLouise. These Terms of Service govern your use of paigelouise.shop and purchases made through our online store.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Shipping Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.
1. About PLouise
PLouise is an online store operated from Brazil and serving customers in the United Kingdom.
PLouise uses an international dropshipping fulfillment model. Products may be sourced and shipped from international suppliers and fulfillment locations, including locations in Asia.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase products through our website.
You must not use our website if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.
If you are under the age required to enter into a binding contract in your country, you may only use our services with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.
3. Website Use
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
-
Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
-
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
-
Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
-
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
-
Use automated systems to improperly access or collect information from the website.
-
Attempt to harm, disrupt, or overload our services.
-
Use our content or intellectual property without authorization.
We may restrict or terminate access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, systems, or legal rights.
4. Products
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, specifications, and other information accurately.
However, colors, dimensions, packaging, labels, and other visual characteristics may vary slightly due to screen settings, manufacturing changes, supplier changes, or other circumstances.
Product availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or modify product information when reasonably necessary.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights concerning products that are defective, unsafe, misdescribed, or otherwise fail to comply with applicable law.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted. We may review an order before fulfillment.
PLouise may refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including where:
-
A product is unavailable.
-
There is a manifest pricing or listing error.
-
The order appears fraudulent or unauthorized.
-
We are unable to deliver to the provided address.
-
There is a legal or regulatory restriction.
-
The order presents an operational or security issue.
If PLouise cancels an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the canceled order will be refunded through the original payment method, subject to applicable law.
6. Prices and Currency
Prices displayed by PLouise are stated in British pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise indicated during checkout.
The amount ultimately charged to your payment card or account may vary because of:
-
Currency conversion performed by your bank or card issuer.
-
Foreign-exchange rates.
-
Fees charged by your payment provider or financial institution.
PLouise does not control exchange rates or fees imposed by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Currency-conversion differences or fees imposed by your financial institution are not amounts charged by PLouise and are therefore not refundable by PLouise.
7. Pricing Errors
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product prices are accurate.
If a product is displayed with a manifest pricing error, PLouise may cancel the affected order.
If payment has already been received for an order canceled because of a manifest pricing error, PLouise will provide a full refund of the amount paid for that canceled order.
8. Payment
Orders must be paid using an available payment method presented during checkout.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment processors.
PLouise does not control the processing times, authorization decisions, or policies of financial institutions and payment processors.
9. Shipping and Delivery
PLouise uses international fulfillment and dropshipping.
Orders may be shipped from international fulfillment locations, including suppliers in Asia.
Products from the same order may sometimes arrive in separate packages.
The estimated processing and delivery information applicable to your order is described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees because transportation, customs, weather, carrier operations, and other circumstances may affect delivery times.
10. Import Duties and Taxes
PLouise uses a DDP pricing model where applicable, meaning applicable import duties and taxes are intended to be included in the price presented to the customer for the relevant delivery market.
However, customs authorities and other governmental authorities control the assessment and collection of duties, taxes, and other charges.
If an unexpected governmental charge is imposed despite the applicable DDP arrangement, contact PLouise at plouisesuport@gmail.com before making payment whenever reasonably possible so that the situation can be reviewed.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any mandatory legal obligation relating to import taxes, customs charges, or consumer protection.
11. Refunds and Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by the PLouise Refund & Return Policy.
Our standard global policy provides a 14-day change-of-mind period for eligible purchases.
This standard does not restrict mandatory consumer rights applicable in your country of residence.
Where applicable law provides stronger or additional consumer rights, those rights prevail.
12. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order.
This includes:
-
Correct name.
-
Correct delivery address.
-
Correct postal or ZIP code.
-
Correct email address.

14. Third-Party Services
Our website may depend on third-party services, including e-commerce technology, payment processing, logistics, analytics, marketing, hosting, and other business services.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory guarantees, warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited in your country.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PLouise will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or purchase of products.
PLouise's responsibility for any particular product or transaction will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability, consumer rights, statutory guarantees, or remedies where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by the laws applicable to you.
In particular, consumers retain mandatory rights available under the laws of their country of residence.

Where applicable law provides specific consumer remedies despite such circumstances, those rights remain unaffected.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
Changes will not remove or restrict mandatory consumer rights that have already arisen.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, except to the extent that mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country or place of residence apply.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent you from exercising mandatory rights available under the laws applicable to you.
Where legally permitted, disputes relating to these Terms or your use of the website may be submitted to the competent courts in Brazil.
Mandatory jurisdictional rights available to consumers in their country of residence remain unaffected.
21. Language
These Terms are written in English.
If these Terms or any related policy are translated into another language, the English version is the reference version to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Where local law requires a different language to prevail or requires information to be provided in a specific language, the applicable legal requirement will prevail.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permitted.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the applicable PLouise policies referenced on our website, form the agreement governing your use of our services and purchases, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
