Shipping Policy

Last updated: September 18, 2026

At PLouise, we aim to make international delivery as clear and simple as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered.

PLouise operates from Brazil and currently serves customers in the United Kingdom.

1. Order Processing

PLouise uses an international dropshipping fulfillment model.

Orders are generally processed within 72 hours after payment confirmation.

Processing refers to the time required to prepare the order for shipment. It does not include transportation time.

Processing times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including payment verification, weekends, public holidays, supplier availability, or other operational issues.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery period for orders is up to 30 days.

This is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery deadline.

International shipments may take longer because of customs procedures, transportation conditions, carrier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside PLouise's reasonable control.

Destination Estimated Delivery
United Kingdom Up to 30 days

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and shipped.

3. International Shipping

Products may be shipped from international fulfillment locations, including suppliers and warehouses in Asia.

Because PLouise uses dropshipping, the product you order may be shipped directly from an international supplier or fulfillment location rather than from Brazil.

If an order contains multiple products, the products may sometimes be shipped separately and arrive in different packages.

This does not mean that you have been charged for additional products or that your order has been duplicated.

4. Tracking Information

When tracking information becomes available, it may be sent to the email address associated with your order.

International tracking information may take several days to appear or update after a package has been shipped.

Some international shipments may show limited tracking information while they are in transit or being processed by customs.

If tracking information has not updated for a reasonable period, contact:

plouisesuport@gmail.com

Please include your order number so that our support team can review the shipment.

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

DDP — Taxes Included

PLouise uses a DDP pricing model where applicable.

This means that applicable import duties and taxes are intended to be included in the price presented to customers for the relevant delivery market.

The customer should not normally be required to pay additional import duties or import taxes at delivery when the DDP arrangement applies.

However, customs authorities and other government agencies control the assessment and collection of duties, taxes, and charges.

If a carrier or customs authority requests an unexpected payment, contact PLouise at plouisesuport@gmail.com before making payment whenever reasonably possible.

We will review the situation and provide instructions based on the circumstances.

PLouise cannot control customs decisions, inspections, delays, or governmental requirements.

6. Delayed Orders

Delivery times are estimates.

An order may take longer than estimated because of:

  • Customs inspections.

  • International transportation delays.

  • Carrier delays.

  • Weather conditions.

  • Public holidays.

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

  • Unexpected operational issues.

  • Other circumstances outside PLouise's reasonable control.

If your order appears significantly delayed, contact plouisesuport@gmail.com with your order number.

We will review the available tracking information and assist you with the next appropriate step.

7. Lost or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the applicable estimated delivery period, contact:

plouisesuport@gmail.com

Please provide your order number and delivery information.

PLouise may review the tracking information and, where appropriate, contact the relevant fulfillment or shipping provider.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, reshipment, refund, or another appropriate solution, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the shipment.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the package and product before disposing of any packaging.

Contact plouisesuport@gmail.com as soon as possible and provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos of the damaged package.

  • Photos of the product.

  • A description of the damage.

This information helps us investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate solution.

Mandatory consumer rights concerning damaged or defective products are not limited by this policy.

9. Incorrect Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

This includes the correct:

  • Name.

  • Street address.

  • Apartment or unit information, where applicable.

  • Postal code.

  • City.

  • Country.

  • Contact information when required for delivery.

If you discover that you entered an incorrect address, contact plouisesuport@gmail.com as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before shipment when possible.

Once an order has been shipped, changing the delivery address may not be possible.

If an order is returned because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, any additional shipping or reshipment costs may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by applicable law.

10. Refused Deliveries

Customers should not refuse delivery because of an unexpected customs or delivery issue without first contacting PLouise.

If a package is refused and returned to the sender or fulfillment location, PLouise will review the circumstances.

Where the refusal results from a customer decision rather than a defect, error by PLouise, or another circumstance for which PLouise is legally responsible, any applicable return or reshipment costs may be deducted or charged where permitted by law.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Shipping Restrictions

PLouise currently accepts orders for delivery to the United Kingdom.

Certain addresses or locations may not be serviceable because of carrier, customs, legal, or operational restrictions.

Where delivery to an address cannot be completed, PLouise may contact the customer to arrange an alternative solution or cancel and refund the affected order where appropriate.

12. Delivery to Remote Areas

Some remote or difficult-to-access locations may require additional processing or delivery time.

Where additional delivery requirements or restrictions apply, PLouise will provide information when reasonably available.

Delivery estimates remain subject to carrier and local delivery conditions.

13. Multiple Packages

Because PLouise uses international dropshipping, products from a single order may be shipped separately.

You may therefore receive:

  • Different tracking numbers.

  • Separate packages.

  • Deliveries on different dates.

This can occur when products come from different fulfillment locations or suppliers.

14. Address and Delivery Notifications

PLouise may use the contact information provided during checkout to send order, shipping, and delivery-related communications.

Customers are responsible for maintaining access to the email address provided with their order.

15. Contact Regarding Shipping

For questions about shipping, tracking, delays, damaged packages, or delivery problems, contact:

Email: plouisesuport@gmail.com

Our team will review shipping requests and respond according to the order in which they are received.

16. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or excludes mandatory consumer rights applicable to you under the laws of your country or place of residence.

Where applicable law provides a specific delivery period, remedy, cancellation right, refund right, or other protection that differs from this policy, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail.
